my life in waiouru

Hi everyone it is me, Aramis the person you haven't heard of for a long time. Up here in Waiouru it has been very cold and miserable and school is full of bullies that pick on me. Cool blog! Room2's blog site has been changed into a library. The good stuff is that theres lots of cool places to go for adventures and theres one small waterfall that waiouru hasn't discovered but me and one of my most trusted friend Derek. Me and Derek go around in the training area for ages just exploreing more and more and going on all these adventures. The most cool adventure of all is going across a really old, unsafe (which makes it fun), one plank, rusty bridge with a deep river under neath and the most scariest part are the EELS!!! On wrong step and you are dead meat. It's windy as well! I've looked on your blog and it fasinated me when I saw that huhu grubs are better than peanut butter. It also fasinated me when I saw that ben went to los angeles. So thats my life right now in Waiouru and yeah Mr Thurlow do you still sing horrblely!!

The speech finals

Hey guess what guys I WON THE SPEECH FINALS!!!! My face was like a heater over reacting and about to blow. I'm like O.M.G I won I got a huge around of applause and a pat on the back by my friend Carson and my face was sweating like hell. I was told that I will get a trophy at the end of the year. My speech was about  Nz should be a smoke free country . My speech was about 2.25 in minutes. Hope you reply about this I haven't got a comment since I left burnham for about 2 months!!

My speech

Hi everybody sorry for not replying for a long time. Yesterday we did our speech semi final and our finals are on monday. My speech was about N.Z should be a smoke free country, do you think so, I think so. My speech was about 2.45 in minutes and can you guess what… I MADE IT IN THE FINALS!!! so guess what I have to talk in front of the whole school and parents!!

The big day

Today was the biggest day of my life because it was the 21st of March and it was the weet bix tryathlon!! Dad ad to wake me up at 6'oclock in the morning because we would have to be there in the middle of 8 and 9'oclock and it takes about 2 hours to get to Palmy from Waiouru. Once we got there we had well enough time to play for a little bit. The tryathlon went in waves so oldest goes first the younger and then youngest, I was in the 8-10 races and I was horrid when a lady told me that my race wouldn't start until 11.30 and the time was about 10.30!! The fist race was swimming then bike then finally the run. The swimming was the hardest because we had to go ten at a time and when I went everyone was trying to go the fastest and whenever I tried took take a breath water would come into my mouth so it was really hard to even get to the other end with water coming in your mouth all the time. by the time we got out everyone was running and going to the bike transition area. because we had to get our tops on get our shoes on and we had to go biking in our togs!! when I was half way I was the third in front and then I sort of slowed down and kids started passing me and now I was the 6th to last. When I finished we had to start running straight away and I got the stitch really quick doing the run so I walked most of the way but when I go to the finish line a man was giving medals to all the kids coming from the run and I got a golden medal for the first time!! Then we got our photos taken in a group and individually. when I came out dad was yelling I'm so proud of you an so am I!!!!!! After that I was looking for Max and holly and I found them at the playground. I was told that there were 1449 kids for the race!!

The Weet Bix tryathlon

Guess what Burnham I am doing the Weet Bix tryathlon in a city called Palmerston down the south in the north island. I already got my clothes  and map and stuff for the tryathlon and it will be held on the 21th of March 2012 and right now it is the 14th of March so a week and a bit until the Weet Bix tryathlon!! I just can't wait until the tryathlon. The 8-10 boys are swimming 100 metres , biking 1.4k and running is 5.1k. sometimes wonder why we didn't get our pants and why we have to bike shorter than we have to run.

Eowyn's 7th birthday

On March the 1st it was Eowyn 7th birthday! Eowyn invited Charli, Mele, Morgan, Max, Derek and me!! It was probably the very first birthday that had no power but it was pretty awesome because Eowyn got a little action figure named Eowyn!!! Once the presents were done we did pass the pastle and dad said that since there is more girls than boys the big boys might get girl stuff, it didn't matter because all of it was girls stuff, Max, derek and I got girl stuff like lipstick and make up. I got the lipstick so I decided to swap with Max because he would look nice in that!!! The cake was the awesome part because it was a bannana cake covered in icing and had fake ballons on the top!!!

What I got for christmas

For Christmas my whanau got me a remote control halo warthog and the halo 1 anniversary game and a mega blocks halo pelican!!! we were going crazy until we unwrapped a flying remote control air fish that swims through the air!!!!!! I got dad a cool motorbike model. Eowyn and Cordelia got their own fishing rods and bait. Sadly one day our flying fish floated away because the thing that was supposed to keep it down got token of the fish and then the fish floated away. When we gave up looking for it our next door neighbour said to come watch this your fish in on T.V, we ran across over and there it was at Christchurch airport scaring the pilots!!!!!
