Eowyn's 7th birthday

On March the 1st it was Eowyn 7th birthday! Eowyn invited Charli, Mele, Morgan, Max, Derek and me!! It was probably the very first birthday that had no power but it was pretty awesome because Eowyn got a little action figure named Eowyn!!! Once the presents were done we did pass the pastle and dad said that since there is more girls than boys the big boys might get girl stuff, it didn't matter because all of it was girls stuff, Max, derek and I got girl stuff like lipstick and make up. I got the lipstick so I decided to swap with Max because he would look nice in that!!! The cake was the awesome part because it was a bannana cake covered in icing and had fake ballons on the top!!!

What I got for christmas

For Christmas my whanau got me a remote control halo warthog and the halo 1 anniversary game and a mega blocks halo pelican!!! we were going crazy until we unwrapped a flying remote control air fish that swims through the air!!!!!! I got dad a cool motorbike model. Eowyn and Cordelia got their own fishing rods and bait. Sadly one day our flying fish floated away because the thing that was supposed to keep it down got token of the fish and then the fish floated away. When we gave up looking for it our next door neighbour said to come watch this your fish in on T.V, we ran across over and there it was at Christchurch airport scaring the pilots!!!!!

The last day of school!!

On thursday 15th of December it was the last day at Waiouru school!! Down in burnham I think it is the last day of school today. Today my family are going to Napier at the far east of the north island at Hawks bay. The road that we're going on is called 'gently road' but I think that is the wrong name for a road like that because it is so windy that we vomit!!! I think it should be called 'vomit road'. That's a good name for that windy road, isn't it.

Mrs Haggers birthday

Yesterday it was my principle's birthday. It was a big day because the whole school had a walk up waitangi hill that took two rests. Kaea and I got to hold the humungous cake of purple icing!! When we were up the top of waitangi the school had a huge feast with pizza and all sorts of yummy treats. My mum came with the school and put out some treats for everyone. Yesterday was the best day ever because at the end of the day everyone at school got two slices of Mrs Haggers birthday cake!!!!! 

Interschool athletics

Today I went to interschool athletics and Waiouru came second in the athletics!!!! When the 100m heat was on I got really nervous because I was the only junior boy doing that race and when the cap gun fired I was running, running and one of my shoe fell off I decided to keep running then another shoe fell and I keeped on running and I was coming last I put my extra speed in my legs and I whooshed passed four kids and came second and my time was 17.29sec!!! I felt proud of myself indeed.

Orautoha cross-country

On the school cross-country we had to go up tank hill which was not steep but long as. I got shocked at the end because I clearly beat a boy called Gabriel but I came third. But this is the fun bit, I made it into the Orautoha cross-country, Orautoha cross-country is a second running competition of top ten! The Waiouru kids had to race very hard people thats why I came second to last but at least I made it to the next cross-country. I'm proud of myself.

School holiday programme

My school holiday programme is doing fun like jet boats, roller skates, put put golf and Napier prison fun isn't Mr thurlow. Today was real golf at the golf club in Waiouru. I just can't wait to go to jet boat and go roller skates. I like my new teacher as a better singer than you Mr thurlow!!!
